Nice product for the price. Easily adjusts, provides firm support for "bigger" people. Rubber tips. Has a really nice informational CD-a workout to do and good instruction on technique.If I get a body like this instructor, I'll be really happy!

I got these for my 86 y o mom to help keep her steady on her walks. The telescoping poles are sturdy and lock-in securely, and the price is half of what I saw anywhere else.

For a pair of adjustable walking poles with an informational DVD the Gaiam Walking Poles Kit are a great deal! I had bought them for my power walking grandma after taking a fitness class that highlighted their benefits. Walking with poles is great for posture, stamina and really works the arms. I was excited to purchase this item but the first one I recieved had a broken foot so I had to return it. Luckily, Amazon has a great return policy and I was shipped a new one immediately. This pair of poles was intact except the wrist strap on one of the poles came off. I offered to return it for my grandma but she said that she would have removed the straps anyways so it worked out well in our favor. I hope that my bad luck in getting broken poles is just a fluke, not a standard in the product. Happy Walking!

I didn't want to spend a lot before I knew if I liked the walking sticks. Luckily, my husband was willing to take these and let me buy the Lekis. These are noisy while walking and heavier than the Lekis. I probably wouldn't keep using them, but I LOVE the Lekis, except I do like the larger grip on the Gaiam poles.

I got these boots and had lots of space in the back. They feel like a size big. Also, the elastic on the top of the boot is really tight. It will cut off your circulation if you aren't skinny. I'm far from fat, 5'9 and 130lbs and they were really tight. Skinny legs only. Cute though.

I received these skis and put them on my 3 1/2 yr old. We had snow on the ground for a couple days so it wasnt to powdery, perfect for skiing I thought. They worked ok. You can't really slide down a slope with these, its more like walking with them attached to your foot. They say that it fits any size snow boot, but her toddler sz 7 snow boots wouldnt fit so I had to use her tennis shoes, which weren't waterproof so she only would play with them for bits at a time. The back rubber heel piece isnt attached to the ski so when they try to pick the ski up its hard for them, so I took some zip ties to attach the back foot piece to the ski, so she has more control with them.

I bought these for my 2-year-old because none of the ski stores had tiny cross-country skis. The plastic bindings will fit his shoes but do not have the same heel freedom as real cross-country skis, so I'm afraid my boy will hurt his ankle if he falls. This means I have to be right with him the whole time he is using the skis. In any event he is not quite cooperative enough to take instructions and put them on properly, and the snow is not really sticking on the ground in New York, so I will have to wait until next year to give these a proper try. As a concept though, it is much cheaper to buy these than to get ripped off for $200+ for a real cross-country ski set when the kid is too young to really do anything with them.

We bought these skis for our 2 year old - not to necessarily 'ski' but to get used to the idea of having skis on. We x-country ski a lot, and he has seen us ski, so as soon as he saw his own pair he thought they were the coolest thing ever... so we had a bit of a jump start there. They are very easy to get on and off. If you strap them down tight, they stay on very well, even through small tumbles. Having the poles are great - I wasn't sure at first for a 2 yr old, but now I am very glad we have them. The poles help our son march around on his skis. They are just the right length for the little ones. I would highly recommend these to anyone who wants to get their very young one acquainted with skis.

I bought the skis for my two year old boy. We've used them several times in the snow this season and had a great time. My complaint is regarding the buckles/straps keep falling off when they are unbuckled. We have almost lost the straps several times.

These skis are good quality for a first pair of skis. They work very well for my 2 y/o. I did not give them 5 stars because I do not think they will last more than 2 years before he will outgrow them. I also think they are a bit pricy.
